Presently we are set up to handle orders by fax, phone or email. To facilitate the order process we suggest that you print out a copy of the order form provided, fill in the appropriate information and then either call us at our toll free number or fax the order form to our convenient fax number. You can also email your order to us.

Prices:
All orders are prepaid and prices are in U.S. Dollars. Canadian
residents should contact us for Canadian prices. Prices are also
subject to change without notice.
Payment Requirements:
Payment is due when placing your order. We accept
International Postal Money Orders, and checks (In US funds). In
some instances, we may be able to accept a credit card. For all
U.S.A., and International orders you may be subject to duties
from your Customs offices. We will also ship Worldwide. We would
be happy to consult with you and fill your order directly.
Shipping:
All orders are shipped Canada Post Expedited Parcel.
We aim to package your parcel as efficiently as possible to
ensure a minimal shipping cost. Shipping costs will be
determined after we have packed your order and added to the
total purchase cost. Allow six to eight weeks for delivery.
Guarantee:
Money back guarantee (minus shipping), if not completely satisfied. Special custom orders excluded. All requests for refunds must be made within five days of receipt of merchandise.
General:
Colors and embroidery patterns may vary slightly from those pictured. Additional custom colors available at extra cost. Beads may be substituted for fringe at additional cost.
